Hi, I’m Nadine Bosurgi. I’ve been a business owner for 15 years, building and growing my own business from the ground up. Now, I’m bringing that experience into a new venture with Meridio.
Meridio is new, but I’m not starting from scratch. I’m building this with an experienced team behind me, bringing together the strategy, systems, and expertise needed to help aesthetic practices grow with intention.
For our first 2 Tampa Bay founding partners, I’m making this a hands-on process to focus on measurable growth. A discounted one-time setup fee gets everything in place. Setup typically takes about two weeks. Once setup is complete, your first 30 days begin. During that time, there’s no monthly fee or commitment. You pay a performance fee only for each new consultation booked through our work that the prospective patient attends. Canceled appointments and no-shows don’t count. You won’t need to share patient records or sensitive medical details with us. We’ll track consultations in shared software, and if we don’t deliver any qualifying consultations, you won’t owe a performance fee.
After the first 30 days, you can share feedback and decide whether you’d like to continue. All Meridio engagements are month to month, so you can continue without a long-term contract.
If you choose to continue, you’ll receive exclusive founding-partner pricing for the next three months. After that, standard pricing applies. By then, the goal is for the new bookings and clients we’ve helped generate to make continued growth with Meridio a worthwhile investment.
This is a hands-on beginning. I’m bringing 15 years of experience building a business, an experienced team, and the strategies and systems behind us to build something we’re proud to stand behind.

Discounted setup · Pay only per resultWe’ll put the right growth systems to work over about two weeks at a discounted one-time setup fee. Then your first 30 days begin, and you’ll pay a performance fee only for each result: a new consultation booked through our work that the prospective patient attends.

Exclusive Founders-only rateAt the end of your first 30 days, you can decide whether to continue with Meridio for the next three months at an exclusive founders-only rate.
The discounted, one-time setup fee is nonrefundable and will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Setup typically takes about two weeks. Your first 30-day period begins when your campaign goes live, not when you sign. During that period, you’ll pay a performance fee only for each new consultation booked through our work that the prospective patient attends. Canceled appointments and no-shows don’t count. We’ll track consultations in shared software you and Meridio can access. We don’t provide medical advice or treatment recommendations, handle patient records or sensitive health information, or close or guarantee treatment sales. Workflows stay within your existing systems, and we use aggregated performance metrics wherever possible. Advertising, software, and other third-party costs are separate and require your approval. We’ll confirm the scope, pricing, and optional continuation terms in writing before work begins. We’re starting with two practices so we can give each one full attention.
